Not to long ago I signed up at JCPenny.com. No particular reason in doing so, I just knew my birthday was coming up and that a lot of companies send out Happy Birthday coupons. I'm honestly not sure if what received in the mail was for my brithday or just because, but either way I'll take it. I received $10 in FREE JCP Cash off of any purchase totaling $10 or more AND I can use it on clearance. So if I shop wisely I could get plenty of clearance items for FREE or close to it!
