My Response from Cracker Barrel!


YAY! So after the Cracker Barrel "incident" he other day I decided to write to ther crporate office and let them know of the wonderful service I received from my local Danville store here is the response I received (I have starred out the name of the waitress) I find it's not only important to let a company know when they aren't up to par in customer service but to also compliment on wonderful customer service, as they deserve any type of reward from their company for good service!
